Participation fee

-Includes the course fee, room costs, drinks during breaks, snacks, documents and all

materials

-When paying, please state the invoice number and name

-The registration is binding upon receipt of our confirmation.

-The full participation fee must be transferred within 14 days of our invoice being issued.

-If you register less than 30 days before the workshop, the participation fee must be transferred immediately.

 

Cancellation

-Up to 21 days before the start of the workshop, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.

-In the event of later cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded.

-If a replacement participant is registered, cancellation can be made without charge.

This applies (as in the case of a trip or an event ticket) regardless of the reasons, e.g. in the event of illness, accident or a compelling professional or family obligation. Cancellation of the workshop

-A workshop may be cancelled for important reasons, e.g. illness of the trainer, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

-Participation fees already paid will be refunded in full without delay. There are no further claims.

-If the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, notification will be sent no later than 21 days before the start of the workshop.
